Subscription did not unlock

Open the app and use the restore purchases option. If access still does not appear, email support with the store platform and the approximate purchase date.

Billing or cancellation

Apple App Store and Google Play manage billing directly. You can cancel or manage your subscription from your device store settings.

App crashed

Reopen the app, note what screen you were on, and send that context to support. If you are on TestFlight, include the build number.

Message scoring looks wrong

Send a description of the result and why it seemed off. If you share message content, remove private information first.

CentShield Pro is billed through the app store on your device.

Apple App Store

Use your iPhone or iPad subscription settings to manage renewals, cancellations, and payment methods for iOS purchases.

Google Play

Use the Google Play subscriptions screen on Android to update renewal status, payment methods, and cancellations.

Restore access

If you already paid and Pro does not appear, open CentShield and tap the restore purchases action before contacting support.
