Support requests are usually reviewed within 2 business days. Complex billing or app-store issues may take longer when platform review is involved.
These quick checks solve most issues without waiting for support.
Open the app and use the restore purchases option. If access still does not appear, email support with the store platform and the approximate purchase date.
Apple App Store and Google Play manage billing directly. You can cancel or manage your subscription from your device store settings.
Reopen the app, note what screen you were on, and send that context to support. If you are on TestFlight, include the build number.
